  • Testing: blood work (in-house), EKG, x-rays, ultrasound, CT, MRI (ordered).
  • Minor surgery: (suturing, toenail removal, thrombosed hemorrhoid, abscess I&D, and follow-up treatment).
  • Prompt referral system for specialty treatment.

We accept most medical insurances, or if you have no insurance, our rates are reasonable.

Our clinic is owned and operated by Codye Singleton, a family nurse practitioner who has 20 years of experience in providing family medical care. She has a background in oncology and critical care.

After learning that there is a significant connection between obesity and illness, she has dedicated the past 15 years to empowering others to achieve weight loss.
